Requirements and Qualifications:
- · Bachelor's degree/Diploma in communications or business management.
- · Familiarity with multi-line telephone Operation systems.
- · Prior experience with Microsoft Office Programs and typing.
- · Must have good administration and customer service skills.
- · IT skills, working with computerized booking or payment systems is an added advantage.
- · Experience in working POS billing system, Resrequest is an added advantage.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- · Diploma or Certificate in hospitality or a vocational training in food & beverage with previous experiences as a Waiter in an A La Carte restaurant.
- · A good command of English and additional skills, like guest service and interpersonal skills are essentials.
- · Minimum 2 years' experience working as a waiter in a busy A La carte Restaurant.
- · Must be able to speak English fluently, other languages an advantage.
- · Leadership skills.
- · The ability to work well with others.
- · Strong multi-tasking skills.

- · Commitment to a high level of customer service.
