1. (a) Position: Registration Assistant (25 - posts)

(b) Duties and Responsibilities.

i. To allocate Registration numbers to new applications;

ii. To reply to custom search requests;

iii. To emboss certified documents including certificates, mortgages and debentures;

iv. To issue acceptance/rejection letters to applicants;

v. To conduct initial name search to ensure there is no duplication;

vi. To examine application files for completeness to ensure that all the necessary documents and processes are followed as per Regulations; and

vii. To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
