Kyosk Digital Services limited is a tech-led platform that connects informal retailers who retail in kiosks and other similar retail outlets directly to fast-moving consumer goods companies (FMCGs) by communicating demand from retail outlets directly to FMCGs and their distributors and managing the delivery of the goods to the kiosks.

Our digital ordering and delivery platform – Kyosk, ensures that these retail outlets get access to stock at competitive prices and have them delivered directly to them. FMCGs find the traditional distribution chain to be inadequate as well, making it expensive for them to serve kiosk-type retail outlets, leading to high incidences of product stock-outs and lost sales opportunities. By providing FMCGs with good data visibility, we solve this major problem of theirs.

01 - Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

PURPOSE & CONTEXT

Provision of business partnering and financial analysis, information and insights which enable the various departments of Kyosk Digital Services to make appropriate business decisions. Act as the strategic finance Business Partner for operations and commercial teams. Perform a variety of controlling, consulting and administrative tasks to support Kyosk Digital Services Kenya operations and its satellites.

Qualifications

  • Formal education, professional qualifications or accreditations from industry bodies
  • Graduate from Accounting / Business / Engineering or equivalent school
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Postgraduate Degree in Finance

Skills & Knowledge

  • Technical, specialist or professional skills required, indicating level of expertise

Role Profile

Lead the execution of the purchasing strategy & category management for the business. The role holder will be responsible for the execution of strategies through strategic sourcing to significantly reduce costs.

Direct the achievement of reductions in total costs of products while maintaining or improving supplier quality and service levels and managing relationships. Take overall responsibility and accountability for the Purchasing Function which will include people and budgetary management. Act as an integral part of the senior management team which determines overall strategy and business decisions.


Minimum Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • A degree holder in Purchasing and Supplies or Business Management.
  • Master’s degree in related field will be ideal;
