Rufiji District Council through the Education Fund, announces its presence for 44 teaching posts in primary and secondary schools. The main goal is to reduce the great shortage of teachers in our Council.
REQUIREMENTS OF VOLUNTARY EMPLOYMENT
1. Only the qualified should Apply
2. Their jobs will be for a one-year contract with a three-month review
3. The teacher's allowance is Tshs 100,000.00 for a teacher who will teach primary and secondary up to the form Four.
4. The salary of the teacher who will teach the form five and six is Tshs 200,000.00 per month.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:
1. He should have a diploma and degree certificate for Secondary schools from a college recognized by Government.
2. He should have a certificate of Diploma, certificate and Degree for Teaching Professional from a college recognized by the Government.
WORK TO DO (DUTIES)
1. Teaching students
2. Taking turns
3. Management of discipline and formation of students
4. To do other teaching tasks that will be arranged by the Head Masters or any School leader/supervisor

When applications are received starting from 07/02/2023 until 22/02/2023. Furthermore This announcement cancels the announcement of applications received on 3/01/2023 until 15/01/2023.
Things to consider, Copy of certificate of form IV or VI, Certificates of Profession. Certification certificate, CV (personal information) and photo etc (passport size). Copies of certificates to be certified by the Court who will submit copies of results (Result slip or Progressive results)
