02 -Resort Guest Relations Manager

We seek a Professional, Dedicated & Motivated candidate for the position of a Guest Relations Manager at a Beach property in Tanzania.

The Guest Relations Manager will play a crucial role in creating customer goodwill by providing excellent services to our guests. He/She is responsible for making the guest stay pleasant and comfortable and taking care that any issues raised have been solved promptly, so as to ensure better guest satisfaction

We seek proven communicators who can work independently and who are skilled problem solvers and who think fast on their feet.

Fluency in the English Language is CRITICAL and any other foreign language skills will be an added advantage.
