Job Description:

Assist customers in processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments, resolving complaints and account discrepancies, and answering questions.

Main responsibilities

• Inform customers about the bank’s products and services.
• Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information relating to transactions, banking, and customers to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain, balanced, and offset discrepancies in cash drawers.
• Packages of cash and rolling coins for storage in drawers and bank vaults. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a professional look.
• Responsible for handling currency, transactions, and confidential information.
• Use software to track bank information and generate reports.
• Compliance with all financial and security regulations and procedures of the Bank.

Salary range:

700,000tsh – 900,000tsh
